• Orders are shipped via a designated courier to Australian addresses only.
• Free shipping is available for orders over $200. For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $9.75 applies.
• For international orders, please contact us directly.
• All items are shipped from our IECE Bookhouse location within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location and external factors.
• During the Christmas and New Year holiday season, processing and shipping times may be delayed due to office closures. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not see this email, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

• Refunds are not available. However, exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Exchanges can be made at our location: 28 Wingfield St, Footscray, VIC 3011.
• Certain items, including digital products and test papers, are non-exchangeable. Please contact us to confirm if your item can be exchanged.
• If more than 7 days have passed, exchanges may not be possible. Please contact us for assistance.
